Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 20-65 yr healthy inform consent accepted
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: respiratory tract symptoms during trial COPD or asthma pregnancy BMI more than 30 kg/m2 inform consent withdrawal
