Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 20-65 yr healthy inform consent accepted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: respiratory tract symptoms during trial COPD or asthma pregnancy BMI more than 30 kg/m2 inform consent withdrawal

Primary

MeasureTime frame
end tidal oxygen after 5 minutes of preoxygenation 5 minutes after preoxygenation via oxygen analyzer in Drager CS2 anesthetic machine

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
comfortable after preoxygenation of each device 5 minutes after preoxygenation numeric rating scale ,end tidal oxygen every 1 minute till 5 minute after preoxygenation by each device every 1 minute till 5 minutes after pre oxygenation by each device via oxygen analyzer in Drager CS2 anesthetic machine,Continuous positive airway pressure every 1 minute till 5 minute after preoxygenation by each device every 1 minute till 5 minute after preoxygenation by each device pressure transducer connected to the face mask ,time reaching end tidal oxygen 90% after preoxygenation with each device 5 minute if reach end tidal oxygen 90% , extend to maximum 10 minutes via oxygen analyzer in Drager CS2 anesthetic machine
