Interventions

Participants in this group will be treated with high power laser 2 times a week for 3 weeks. Participants lay down on bed in supine position with 30 degree of knee flexion. The first two sessions use

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of osteoarthritis of knee Kellgren-Lawrence 1-3 VAS 40-80 /100 mm Age 50-80 years old Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma at knee in past 6 months 2. History of knee surgery 3. Uncontrolled underlying disease 4. History of anti-inflammatory medication used in 2 weeks 5. History of physical modalities treated in 4 weeks 6. History of intra-articular injection at knee - Hyaluronic acid in past 6 months - Steroid in past 3 months 7. Knee pain from other conditions (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, infection) 8. Contraindication of HILT (e.g. Pregnancy/Tumor, etc.) 9. History of paracetamol allergy
