Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patient who are older than 20 year-old that undergo tracheostomy operation by indication of phramongkutklao hospital - indication = prolong intubation, pulmonary toilet, ventilator dependent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulopathy that can't be treated. 2.emergency tracheostomy 3.reject to participate in this research
