Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese male adolescents, age 13-15 years. 2. BMI 1.5 SD above the growth reference data for male aged 6-19 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. High risk during screening (Physical Acitivity Readiness Questionnaires, PAR-Q+) 2. Suffered from muscularskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory system and brain or that could influence the study outcomes.
