Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteer Internal Medicine residents, interns, externs who have 32-hour working periods in Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital with: 1. Age > 18-35 years 2. No underlying disease 3. No substance abuse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participant who not give inform consent 2. Participant who have drink alcohol, caffeine, stimulant drug, tobacco 8 hours before participate to the study
