The training group will be received a breathing training device with 40% of MIP ,The control group will be received a breathing training device with 0% of MIP

60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female or male, aged above 60 years old 2. Able to communicate, understand and follow the command 3. Able to walk independently 4. Respiratory muscle strength < 70% predicted level 5. not history of thoracic surgery 6. not serve scoliosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The participant refused to participate in the research. 2. High blood pressure greater than 180/100 mmHg at rest. 3. Heart rate more than 120 times/minute at rest. 4. Musculoskeletal disease (e.g. severe OA of knee) or neurological disease (e.g. Stoke, Spinal cord injury, Parkinson) that affect to walk 5. pulmonary disease
