Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) health and normoglycemia adult and age 15-40 years 2) Prediabetes and age 15-60 years and BMI >= 23 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not willing to participate in the study Receiving antidiabetic drugs
