Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria for assessment of implementation level outcomes 1. Key stakeholders, including KP lay providers providing CB-SDART, leadership of implementing CBOs, and physicians from IHRI and PIDCU 2. Have signed the consent form Eligibility criteria assessment of service and client level outcomes 1. All clients who test HIV-positive at CBOs 2. Thai nationals 3. Have never received ART before (ART-naive) 4. Have signed the consent form (for prospective clients only)
