Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Out-patient present in emergency department or in-patient has new inset upper gastrointestinal bleeding and received endoscopy within 24 hours of presentation or visited hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of metoclopramide allergy Underlying disease of psychiatric problem, Parkinson disease, Abnormal movement, Chronic kidney disease more than stage 4 Pregnancy or breast feeding Family history of Tardive dyskinesia
