60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60-90 years 2. Living at home in community 3. Independent walking with or without gait aid 4. Having score of Thai version of the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale (TGDS-15) <5 scores [38] (Other nations use their outcomes and scores)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having musculoskeletal impairments or disorders 2. Having neurological disorders 3. Having cardiopulmonary impairments 4. Having psychiatric disorders diagnosed by physician 5. Taking any medication affecting balance or dizziness 6. Unable to follow verbal commands
