Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged more than 60 year presenting for elective non-cardiac surgery 2.Intermediate to high-risk surgery as cardiac risk stratification for non-cardiac surgical procedures 3.Only the first operation during hospitalization
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients too unwell to complete the preoperative assessments 2.Patients receiving palliative treatment for a terminal condition.
