The patients with Diabetes Mellitus type-II would be included in our study. there would not be any risk for the research participants. Cognitive Behavior Therapy Diabetes Mellitus Type-II

Cognitive Behavior Therapy base sessions would be conducted with the Diabetes Mellitus Type II(DMTII) patients ,No intervention would be given to the participant

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Type-II diabetes mellitus(TIIDM) would be included in our study. the participants who will sign the consent form and shows their keen desire to be a part of study would be included in our study. participants who will be eligible to read, write and understand would be included in our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient with Type I Diabetes Mellitus (TIDM) would be excluded from our study. The patient with other serious co-morbid medical illness such as cancer, heart problems, and stroke will be excluded from our study. The patient with physical disability would be excluded from our study. Similarly the participants who will not complete the research procedure would be excluded from our study.
