Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of schizophrenia disorder within 5 years 2. Ages between 20 and 59 years 3. Not co-morbidities of learning disability, organic brain disease, severe cognitive impairments, drug dependence, or severe depression 4. A previous history of medication non-compliance 5. One significant family caregiver whose age ranged from 20 years and over and able to participate in the program 6. Ability to read, write, and speak Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with evidence of increased psychiatric symptoms severity which impede their abilities to participate in the program
