Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable COPD patients with age greater than 60 years old 2. Previously diagnosed in accordance with the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) criteria 3. Had been using pMDI, pMDI with spacer of inhaler devices for at least three months prior to the study were enrolled to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients using other kinds of inhaler devices 2. history of dementia 3. did not understand the Thai language 4. history of acute exacerbation (AE) of COPD or hospitalization due to AECOPD within the previous 6 weeks
