Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patiets with suspected OSA 2. Age 18-70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute stroke, allergic rhinitis, uncontrolled psychiatric disease, 2. Medication associated with sleep, e.g. sedative drug, anticovulsant, 3. Claustrophobia, 4. Tracheostomy, 5. Pragnancy or lactation, 6. Sleep-related oxygen requirments, chronic opiate use, neuromuscular diseases,history of uvulopalatopharyngoplasty
