Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who submitted open heart surgery aged over 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unable to commination with Thai language emergency of open heart surgery history of previous open heart surgery exacerbation of asthma or COPD history of CVA

Postural analysis (i.e., forward head angle and forward shoulder angle) 3 days 2 motion analysis , respiratory muscle strength 3 days respiratory pressure meter,manual assessment of respiratory movement 3 days assessment
