Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.healthy female, 2. aged 60 years old or over
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any medical condition including cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, orthopedic problems, neurological disorders, acute or chronic infections, which would not be compatible with performing Qigong exercise safely.
