Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A cluster was considered eligible for the study based on an observer. An observer will be recruited to our study if he/she has a responsibility to observe at least one patient that meet all of the following criteria: 1. new case of active pulmonary TB with a positive acid-fast bacillus in sputum smear. 2. age more than 18 years old 3. able to use LINE application 4. live in Songkhla province
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There is no exclusion criteria for a cluster, however the TB patient in the cluster will be excluded if he/she meet at least one of the following criteria: 1. has a condition that must be referred to the specialist 2. antibiotic sensitivity test (GeneXpert) shows rifampicin resistance 3. status is not compatible to continue treatment 4. alcohol dependent 5. migrant labour
