Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Plantar fasciitis age more than 18 year old 2. Pain score between 3 to 8 3. Duration of symptom more than 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous use of customized insole or arch support within 3 months 2. Neurological condition or diabetes 3. Rigid foot deformity 4. Physical therapy within 3 months 5. Steroid injection at ankle or foot within 3 months 6. Foot or ankle surgery 7. Allergy to EVA or silicone 8. Mental disability
