Interventions

The intervention group got the audit and feedback from dentists once a month for three months. In the first meeting, talks and letters showed the results of the brushing skills of the child caregiver
Experimental Behavioral,No Intervention Behavioral
Audit and Feedback, received the traditional supervision from dental nurses in monthly meetings of the volunteers for three months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Village Health Volunteers 1.Responsible for oral health promotion 2.There are children aged 9-30 months in the area of responsibility 3.Be a woman 4. Age not over 60 years 5. Able to read 5. speak and write Thai 6. Have a mobile phone that can record video Caregiver 1.Thai nationality 2.Listening and speaking in Thai can be understood 3.Cooperate throughout the research period. Children 1.Thai nationality 2. Age between 9-30 months 3. Residing in the area responsible for each hospital 4.Have at least one full tooth in the mouth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Village Health Volunteers 1. Can not use the network to provide internet service. Caregiver 1. Hand or arm handicap or intellectual disability. Children 1.Have an intellectual disability 2. Children with congenital diseases such as coronary heart disease cessation of bleeding
