Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. Patients with the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. 3. Plan to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to provide informed consent. 2. Pregnancy 3. Receiving immunosuppressive drugs including prednisolone >15 mg/day 4. Immune deficiency including congenital or acquired immune deficiency 5. Known vaccine allergy 6. Not receiving a complete course of vaccination or receiving a different type of vaccine 7. Receiving other vaccines during COVID-19 vaccination
