Inclusion criteria: Patients > 20 years old Anterior rhinoscopy shown nasal discharge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nasal polyp or mass Previous sinonasal surgery Otoscopy shown TM perforation, effusion Tympanogram type B Previous skull base surgery, eye surgery or abdominal surgery Anterior rhinoscopy shown marked septal deviation
