Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) female aged 18-25 years, (2) sedentary lifestyle (not participating in at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on at least three days/week for at least three months, and (3) ability to communicate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) history of arthritis and/or impingement syndrome and/or nerve irritation, (2) history of neck injury and/or upper limb injury, (3) systemic disorder (i.e., rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus), (4) continuous use of medication for musculoskeletal disorders, (5) prior treatment for musculoskeletal disorders in the past 1 month, and (6) stress score of more than 25
