The participants including male and female patients with terminal stage cancer, primary or metastasis causes, admission for supportive treatment, age over 18 years, religious, marital status, length of stay, medical expense under any health coverage, consultant and palliative care team with details of prescription (aggressive treatment, non-resuscitation with and without inotropes), were retrieved from Hospital Informatics System, Cancer center, Chulabhorn Hospital during October 2018 thru March

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study recruited participants with advanced cancer patients from Hospital Informatics System consisting of male and female aged over 18 years, religious, marital status, length of stay, and medical expense under any health coverage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants without diagnosis of not advanced cancer stage and no admission for supportive treatment
