Conditions

One dose of HBV vaccination might complete protective immunity in some of the HIV infected patients. Vaccine, Hepatitis B, HIV, vaccination, immunity

Interventions

Patients were above 18 years of age with HIV infection who received antiretroviral therapy (ART) regularly and CD4 more than 200 cells/mm3 who had antiHBs under 10 mIU/mL with negative antiHBc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years 1. Eligible to receive vaccination blood test collection 2. HIV-infected and CD4 > 200 cell/mm3 for at least 6 months 3. All negative results in serology test for HBsAg, antiHBs and antiHBc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to have their blood test collection for more than 1 appointment 2. Skin infection at the site of vaccination 3. Impossible vaccination due to personal problems
