All patients with heavy calcified lesion underwent RA assisted intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) guidance PCI calcified nodule, heavily calcified lesion, rotational atherectomy, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS)

All patients with heavy calcified lesion underwent rotational atherectomy assisted intravascular ultrasound guided percutaneous coronary intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient whom was underwent RA assisted IVUS guidance PCI between August 2016-April 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had severe comorbidities (such as malignant neoplasm requiring chemotherapy, surgery or radiation, palliative therapy in the previous 1 years, significant valvular heart disease) 2. The patient did not follow-up at Siriraj Hospital. 3. The patient was cardiogenic shock before procedure. 4. The patient did not had pre-stent IVUS.
