Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - age > 18 - kidney transplant > 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: absolute lymphocyte count lower than 2,000 cells/microlitre rejection with in 6 months ABO incompatible kidney transplant combined organ transplantation previous kidney transplantation eGFR (CKD-EPI) lower than 40 mL/min/1.73m2 Panel reactive antibody (PRA) > 20% donor specific antibody positive active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV poor controlled DM poor controlled hypertension poor controlled dyslipidemia history of malignancy history of BK virus nephropathy history of CMV disease pregnancy / lactation
