Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Female aged between 22-30 years old - Healthy - no resistance exercise or training for competition experience - had BMI value between 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 for the normal-weight group - had BMI value between 25-30 kg/m2 for the overweight weight group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Took the medicine about muscles and/or bone treatment - Took the supplement affected to muscles and/or bone mass - Had diagnosed with musculoskeletal system injury - Had factors affected to exercise; cardiovascular disease such as stroke, hypertension, heart disease.

Design outcomes

Primary

body composition 8 weeks body weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, percent body fat , visceral fat area and skeletal muscle mass to visceral fat area ratio (MFR)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
cardiovascular endurance consisting 8 weeks heart rate (HR), relative peak oxygen consumption, and work load (Load),physical fitness variables 8 weeks flexibility of lower back and hamstrings (FlexLH), back and leg muscle strength (Strength BL), and right and left relative handgrip strength
