Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. female patient age equal or over 18 years old without condition of pregnancy or breastfeeding 2. good communication with Thai language, Full of conciousness 3. No drug abuse condition and no mental disorder 4. Elective Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital 5. ASA class I-II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency Major Laparoscopic gynecological surgery in Siriraj Hospital 2. History of malignancy 3. Renal disease, Liver disease and Heart disease 4. Allergic to Sulfa group, Nefopam hypochloride, Parecoxib and Morphine 5. History of seizure
