Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who have Defecatory Problem with and without Urgency symptom Resting anal sphincter pressure measuring by Anorectal manometry greater than 40 mmHg Inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.communication problem or neuropsychiatric disease 2.uncontrolled heart and pulmonary disease 3.history of surgery at pelvic and anorectal areas 4.history of pelvic regioun radiation 5.pregnancy 6.spinal cord injury 7.anorectal disease
