Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia with oral endotracheal intubation, elective surgery. 2. The duration of the surgery is not more than 4 hours. 3. ASA Physical status 1-3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women or patients at risk for aspiration pneumonia 2. The patient has a history or has been assessed as difficult intubation 3. The patient undergoing head, face, and neck surgery 4. Currently has a sore throat or have a sore throat within 1 week before surgery 5. Allergy to benzydamine hydrochloride or other NSAIDs. 6. On steroids or lidocaine before surgery 7. Has limited communication
