Pre-post intervention: intensive upper limb training based on the Bobath concept 2 times per week for 6 weeks. Before training, muscle preparation will consist of muscle mobilization and passive stret

40 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be diagnosed with stroke for at least 6 months 2. Unable to grasp a glass of water with the affected hand (FMA-UE < 26/66, item wrist extension < 2) 3. Independent sitting at least 5 minutes 4. Able to follow simple command

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be diagnosed with other neurological deficit such as Parkinson's Disease, Peripheral nerve disorders, motor neuron disease etc. 2. Contraindication of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation such as history of epilepsy, implanted metal, pacemaker, or other medical accessories in the body. 3. Permanent restricted joint motion.
