4 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A child who was the first admission to the school 2. Aged between 4 and 15 years 3. Moderate or severe autistic symptoms (CARS score 30-36.5) 4. ASD would be confirmed by a child psychiatrist according to DSM-V clinical assessment using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hearing or visual impairment in a child or the caregivers 2. A caregiver with a severe psychiatric disorder requiring treatment or unable to cooperate 3. Wound or skin abrasion at the area under electrode 4. On metallic device 5. Skull defect 6. Severe neurological disorders such as brain tumor, intracranial infection 7. Drug abuse 8. Epilepsy 9. Use of herbal remedies and other alternative therapies such as craniosacral manipulation or hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
