Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old 2. Duration of cancer pain more than 3 months 3. Control pain with continuous intrathecal morphine infusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient die within 1 month after receive continuous intrathecal morphine infusion.
