Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. New patient age 18-80 years old with diagnosed as sensorineural hearing loss which decrease in hearing of 30 or more decibels affecting at least 3 consecutive frequencies and occurs within a 72-hour window 2. Only affects in one ear 3. No previous corticosteroids 4. Presents within 2 weeks of symptom onset
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cause of hearing loss 2. Fluctuated hearing level or history of previous hearing loss
