Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 15 to 65 years who scheduled for elective thoracic surgery under general anesthesia with one-lung ventilation technique, ASA physical status (ASA PS) I to III, and required a LDLT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: body mass index (BMI) more than 30 kg/m2, history of undergone operation or radiation around neck, larynx, and thoracic cavity, airway stenosis or distorted airway, risk or history of difficult intubation and aspiration, and patients who had the outer diameter of trachea measured by ultrasound less than 15.9 mm or more than 21.1 mm.
