Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants criteria are Male and Female, Age 65 years old or above, and are willing to participate in the study., 2. Participants stay in nursing home at least 2 years27 before enrollment., 3. Participants from nursing home who are unable to consent can be enrolled in accordance with legal guardian acceptance. 4. Participants who had chronic health conditions are as follows; chronic heart, lung, kidney or liver disease, diabetes, previous stroke, any types of autoimmune disease, any types of cancer or any types of immunodeficiency conditions. 5. Participants from hemodialysis unit should receive renal replacement therapy at least 3 months before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to obtain nasopharyngeal sample, for example, nasopharynx structure abnormal, neutropenia or history of surgery at nasopharynx or base of skull.
