40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Gold stage II - III COPD patients, which was defined by FEV1 30% - 80% predicted 2 Free of acute exacerbation of COPD more than 8 weeks before the study 3 Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 kg/m2 - 29.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of recent lung surgery, spontaneous pneumothorax or rib fracture less than 12 months prior to the study 2 History of stroke, diabetes, cardiovascular or neuromuscular disorder 3 Resting blood pressure more than 180/110 mmHg or less than 90/60 mmHg 4 Fracture at upper, lower extremity or spine < 6 months prior to the study 5 Lower extremity and spine pain which was assessed by visual analog scale, VAS > 3 6 Regular exercise which was defined as having exercise or perform physical activity 7 Unable to communicates and follow instructions 8 Resting supplemental oxygen
