Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cervical vertigo patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were 1) central vertigo; 2) vertigo of vestibular origin such as benign positional paroxysmal vertigo; 3) patient who cannot perform self-exercise such as cervical fracture and 4) history of allergy to dimenhydrinate or ibuprofen.
