Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: refractory constipated patient who undergone plain abdominal radiography patient who undergone anorectal manometry and balloon expulsion test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal defecatory anatomy Previous pelvic and rectal surgery
