patients with chronic low back pain chronic low back pain peripheral magnetic stimulation

Interventions

- apply peripheral magnetic stimulation total 3 sessions, 1 session per week 1. scanning mode on low back area: Intensity 20% then increase 5% step until the patient received significant local sensat
intensity 5% by unapplied channel. Patient will hear sound of magnetic impulse from unapplied channel. - advice daily self exercise for low back and hip flexor muscle stretching, back extensor strengt

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain more than 6 months 2. Visual analog scales 4 or higher 3. 18-60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-mechanical low back pain due to neoplasia, inflammatory arthritis or infection 2. Lumbar fracture or history of lumbar surgery and epidural steroid injection 3. Need lumbar surgery for treatment 4. Pacemaker or implanted electrical device 5. History of seizure, pregnancy, malignancy 6. Cognitive impairment or cannot follow up
