Patient who underwent open hepatectomy Postoperative hepatectomy failure, splenic artery ligation, PHLF, SAL

Interventions

The splenic artery is ligated when portal pressure exceeds than 15 mmHg.,The splenic artery is not ligated when portal pressure exceeds than 15 mmHg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who underwent hepatectomy (at least 2 segments) with and without bile duct resection Hepatocellular carcinoma Cholangiocarcinoma Colorectal liver metastasis Benign liver tumor Cystic tumor of liver Liver abscess 2. open hepatectomy 3. Age 20-70 year 4. accept to join this program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who is unresectable by surgical technique reason Metastasis liver disease High risk for surgery

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Post-hepatic liver failure post op day 0 1 3 5 after end of the intervention, 3 month after surgery ISGLS definition

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Ascites until off drain Drain,Death rate 3 month survival,post operative complication until discharge infection, SSI, reintubation
