Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Research Phase I, Part 1 (Try out for situational awareness scale) 1) A post-graduate nurse anesthetist student studying in an educational institution for training anesthetist from an educational institution under the certified and approved by the Royal College of Anesthesia of Thailand 2) Experienced and passed the theory and practice of general anesthesia in caesarean section in the training institute. Research Phase 2, Part 1 (Try out for situation awareness assessment model) 1) A post-graduate nurse anesthetist student studying at an institution for training anesthetist from an educational institution under the certified and approved by the Royal College of Anesthesia of Thailand. 2) Experienced and passed the theory and practice of general anesthesia in caesarean section in the training institute. 3) A supervisor nurse anesthetist with over 5 years of supervisory experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurse anesthetist students who have not received theoretical instruction and have no practical experience in general anesthesia in caesarean section while try out for the situational awareness questions and the assessment model. Nurse anesthesiologist supervisor who has experience in supervising general anesthesia in caesarean section for less than 5 years. Student anesthesiologist or nurse anesthetist who resigned / was dismissed from study during the study period
