Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke clients with dysphagia who attended the occupational therapy clinics; - Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University - Sirindhorn National Medical Rehabilitation Institute -Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University -Lerdsin Hospital -Golden Jubilee Medical Center - Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University -Rajavithi Hospital -Prasat Neurological Institute -Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Follow command < 1 step -Recurrent stroke -On tracheostomy tube -Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -Abnormal oral structure -Recieved Transcranial magnetic stimulation -Recieved Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation
