Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: men or non-pregnant women who had fasting blood glucose < 100 mg/dL, HbA1c < 6.5%, and body mass index (BMI) between 18.5-22.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who smoked or took medications affecting glucose metabolism
