Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children under 18 years with a history of IgE-mediated wheat allergy who had positive results in an oral food challenge (OFC) and underwent wheat OIT between 2012 and 2020 at Siriraj hospital and Samitivej Thonburi Institute (SAI), Bangkok, Thailand.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who had incomplete medical records
