Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients aged under 15 years with confirmed diagnosis of acute transverse myelitis and follow-up time over a period of 6 months between January 2000 to August 2021 in Ramathibodi Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: histories of post spinal radiation, spinal vascular malformation, thrombosis of spinal artery, infectious myelitis
