Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 previous certification in a BLS course. 2 self-reported inability to perform chest compressions or any medical condition that could be exacerbated by physical exertion 3 unwillingness to participate in the retention test six months after initial training.
