Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: distal radius fracture who undergo locking volar plate fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rheumatoid arthritis, cognitive impairment 2.Previously finger stiffness 3. Ipsilateral upper extremity fracture 4.contralateral distal radius fracture 5.Previously upper extremities weakness 6.delay surgery more than 2 weeks 7.refuse to particapated in this study
