Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 20 years DQV disease Trigger finger Carpal tunnel syndrome Ganglion cyst RTP less than or equal 250 mmHg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bleeding diathesis Tourniquet contraindications Peripheral vascular disease DVT in the limb Severe trauma and infection Peripheral neuropathy
